1. Will the colors fade over time?
The colors on our wristbands are durable and won't fade away easily.
2. Are the wristbands waterproof?
Our wristbands are water-resistant and can withstand showers and sweat during sports activities. However, we do not recommend swimming with them for extended periods as it can cause the wristband to stretch and lose its shape. Don't wash them in a washing machine, if you want to wash them just wear them once you shower yourself.
As the creator of Squote, I can personally attest to the durability of these wristbands. I have showered with them for extended periods of 6 months to a year, and they hold up very well. However, you may notice some slight differences between a wristband that has been showered with versus one that has not. As a general rule, I now only shower with them when they are dirty or have been worn during a sweaty situation. It is easy to take them off, so why not do it to extend the lifespan of your wristbands.
3. How do I determine my wrist size?
To determine your wrist size, measure your wrist using a measuring tape or a piece of string. Wrap the tape or string around the wrist where you would normally wear a bracelet, and measure the length in millimeters. Refer to our sizing guide to determine the appropriate size for your Squote wristband.
4. Can I customize my own Squote wristband?
Yes, we offer custom orders for larger quantities of wristbands. Please fill out the application form on our website with details about your project, and we will contact you with more information and pricing.
5. What is the shipping cost? Is there any free shipping?
We try to have the least possible shipping costs available. So it depends on the location and if you want to have the package insured or not. Insured means, when the package is lost, we will send you a new one.
Belgium:
- Standard shipping €1,99.
- Insured shipping €5,49 --> If the package is lost, we will send a new one for free
- Free shipping on orders above €19,50 --> Not insured
Rest of the world:
- Standard shipping €2,99.
- Insured shipping €8,99 --> If the package is lost, we will send a new one for free
- Free shipping on orders above €24,50 --> Not insured
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer. You can choose your preferred payment method during checkout.
